2  And he taught them many things by parables, and said unto them in his ^adoctrine,

  24  Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon ^fa rock:

  6  Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that ^cbelieveth on him shall not be confounded.

  36  And in them shall be written my gospel, saith the Lamb, and my ^brock and my salvation.

  18  And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

  13  But whoso among you shall do more or less than these are not built upon my rock, but are built upon a sandy foundation; and when the rain descends, and the floods come, and the winds blow, and beat upon them, they shall fall, and the ^cgates of hell are ready open to receive them.

  8  And if you do these last commandments of mine, which I have given you, the ^bgates of hell shall not prevail against you; for my grace is sufficient for you, and you shall be lifted up at the last day.
