D&C 133:58  
 58 To aprepare the bweak for those things which are coming on the earth, and for the Lord's errand in the day when the weak shall cconfound the dwise, and the little one become a estrong fnation, and two shall put their tens of thousands to gflight.

  13  Wherefore, I call upon the weak things of the world, those who are unlearned and despised, to thresh the nations by the power of my Spirit;

  1  Verily, thus saith the Lord unto you, my servant Joseph Smith, I am well pleased with your offering and acknowledgments, which you have made; for unto this end have I raised you up, that I might show forth my wisdom through the weak things of the earth.

  25  At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast drevealed them unto babes.

  27  But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to bconfound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;

  23  And now, he imparteth his word by angels unto men, yea, not only men but women also. Now this is not all; little children do have words given unto them many times, which cconfound the wise and the learned.

  7  And the Lord God doth work by means to bring about his great and eternal purposes; and by very small means the Lord doth cconfound the wise and bringeth about the salvation of many souls.

  25  That frustrateth the tokens of the liars, and maketh diviners mad; that turneth awise men backward, and maketh their knowledge foolish;

  20  Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the dwisdom of this world?

  6  Be strong and of a good acourage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them.

  22  A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a bstrong nation: I the Lord will hasten it in his time.

  17  And again, he that trembleth under my power shall be made astrong, and shall bring forth fruits of praise and wisdom, according to the revelations and truths which I have given you.

  8  Let my servant Samuel H. Smith go with you, and forsake him not, and give him thine instructions; and he that is faithful shall be made bstrong in every place; and I, the Lord, will go with you.

  30  How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to aflight, except their Rock had sold them, and the Lord had shut them up?
