13  For I have told him that I will judge his house for ever for the iniquity which he knoweth; because his sons made themselves vile, and he ^crestrained them not.

  4  We will not ^ahide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the Lord, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done.

  2  Of the ^adoctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.

  42  For all men must repent and be baptized, and not only men, but women, and children who have arrived at the years of ^baccountability.

  71  No one can be received into the church of Christ unless he has arrived unto the years of ^aaccountability before God, and is capable of repentance.

  4  Then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head.

  19  And we did magnify our office unto the Lord, taking upon us the responsibility, answering the sins of the people upon our own heads if we did not teach them the word of God with all diligence; wherefore, by laboring with our might their blood might not come upon our garments; otherwise their blood would come upon our garments, and we would not be found spotless at the last day.

  48  For it is given unto them even as I will, according to mine own pleasure, that great things may be required at the hand of their ^bfathers.

  5  And it was so, when the days of their feasting were gone about, that Job sent and sanctified them, and rose up early in the morning, and offered burnt offerings according to the number of them all: for Job said, It may be that my ^bsons have sinned, and cursed God in their hearts. Thus did Job continually.

  21  Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord ^bJesus Christ.

  1  I, Nephi, having been born of goodly ^cparents, therefore I was taught somewhat in all the learning of my father; and having seen many afflictions in the course of my days, nevertheless, having been highly favored of the Lord in all my days; yea, having had a great knowledge of the goodness and the mysteries of God, therefore I make a record of my proceedings in my days.
