D&C 23:3
3 Behold, I speak unto you, Hyrum, a few words; for thou also art under no condemnation, and thy heart is opened, and thy tongue aloosed; and thy calling is to exhortation, and to bstrengthen the church continually. Wherefore thy duty is unto the church forever, and this because of thy family. Amen.

5  Wherefore, be faithful; stand in the office which I have appointed unto you; succor the weak, lift up the hands which hang down, and cstrengthen the feeble knees.

7  Therefore, strengthen your brethren in all your conversation, in all your prayers, in all your exhortations, and in all your doings.
