1  And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the Lord ^aappeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.

  3  And Jacob said unto Joseph, God Almighty ^bappeared unto me at Luz in the land of Canaan, and blessed me,

  2  And God spake unto Moses, and said unto him, I am the Lord:

  3  And I appeared unto ^bAbraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name Jehovah was I not known to them.

  54  And the Lord appeared unto them, and they rose up and blessed Adam, and called him Michael, the prince, the archangel.

  11  Thus I, Abraham, ^atalked with the Lord, face to face, as one man talketh with another; and he told me of the works which his hands had made;

  3  And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

  19  As it was with Noah so shall it be with thee; but through thy ministry my ^bname shall be known in the earth forever, for I am thy God.

  15  For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever.

  8  And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting ^fpossession; and I will be their God.

  4  And said unto me, Behold, I will make thee fruitful, and multiply thee, and I will make of thee a multitude of people; and will give this land to thy seed after thee for an everlasting ^cpossession.

  1  And the Lord said unto Moses, Depart, and go up hence, thou and the people which thou hast brought up out of the land of Egypt, unto the land which I sware unto Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, Unto thy ^bseed will I give it:

  3  That after they should be destroyed, even that great city Jerusalem, and many be carried away captive into Babylon, according to the own due time of the Lord, they should ^dreturn again, yea, even be brought back out of captivity; and after they should be brought back out of captivity they should possess again the land of their inheritance.

  19  And the Lord appeared unto me in answer to my prayers, and said unto me: Unto thy seed will I give this land.
