Deuteronomy 32:8  
 8 When the most High divided to the anations their binheritance, when he separated the sons of Adam, he set the cbounds of the people according to the number of the children of Israel.

  26  And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the ibounds of their habitation;

  9  Therefore, hold on thy way, and the priesthood shall remain with thee; for their cbounds are set, they cannot pass. Thy days are known, and thy years shall not be numbered less; therefore, fear not what man can do, for God shall be with you forever and ever.
