8  Therefore, thus saith the Lord unto you, with whom the ^apriesthood hath continued through the lineage of your fathers—

  24  Surely, shall one say, in the Lord have I righteousness and ^astrength: even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.

  1  Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy ^dbeautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean.

  3  And thus we see that the commandments of God must be fulfilled. And if it so be that the children of men keep the commandments of God he doth nourish them, and strengthen them, and provide means whereby they can accomplish the thing which he has commanded them; wherefore, he did provide means for us while we did sojourn in the wilderness.

  14  For Zion must increase in beauty, and in holiness; her borders must be enlarged; her stakes must be strengthened; yea, verily I say unto you, Zion must arise and put on her ^fbeautiful garments.

  9  Awake, awake! Put on ^bstrength, O arm of the Lord; awake as in the ancient days. Art thou not he that hath cut Rahab, and wounded the dragon?

  24  Awake, awake, put on thy ^bstrength, O Zion; put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city; for henceforth there shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean.
