Luke 8:10  
 10 And he said, Unto you it is given to know the amysteries of the kingdom of God: but to others in bparables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not cunderstand.

  22  Yea, he that repenteth and exerciseth faith, and bringeth forth good works, and prayeth continually without ceasing—unto such it is given to know the cmysteries of God; yea, unto such it shall be given to reveal things which never have been revealed; yea, and it shall be given unto such to bring thousands of souls to repentance, even as it has been given unto us to bring these our brethren to repentance.

  9  And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but bunderstand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not.
