13  Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme;

  4  And many shall be converted, insomuch that ye shall obtain power to organize yourselves ^caccording to the laws of man;

  6  And thus all things shall be made sure, ^aaccording to the laws of the land.

  5  And that ^alaw of the land which is constitutional, supporting that principle of freedom in maintaining rights and privileges, belongs to all mankind, and is justifiable before me.

  77  According to the laws and constitution of the people, which I have suffered to be established, and should be maintained for the rights and protection of all flesh, according to just and holy principles;
