Matthew 15:8  
 8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their amouth, and bhonoureth me with their lips; but their cheart is far from me.

  2  aThou hast planted them, yea, they have taken root: they grow, yea, they bring forth fruit: thou art near in their mouth, and far from their reins.

  13  Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do chonour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:

  16  They profess that they know God; but in cworks they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

  25  Forasmuch as this people draw near unto me with their mouth, and with their lips do bhonor me, but have removed their hearts far from me, and their fear towards me is taught by the precepts of men—

  31  And they come unto thee as the people cometh, and they sit before thee as my people, and they hear thy words, but they will not do them: for with their bmouth they shew much love, but their heart goeth after their covetousness.

  28  And now behold, my beloved brethren, I say unto you, do not suppose that this is all; for after ye have done all these things, if ye turn away the needy, and the naked, and visit not the sick and afflicted, and impart of your substance, if ye have, to those who stand in need—I say unto you, if ye do not any of these things, behold, your eprayer is vain, and availeth you nothing, and ye are as hypocrites who do deny the faith.

  29  But they receive it not; for they perceive not the light, and they turn their bhearts from me because of the precepts of men.
