Mosiah 9:14  
 14 For, in the thirteenth year of my reign in the land of Nephi, away on the south of the land of aShilom, when my people were watering and bfeeding their flocks, and tilling their lands, a numerous host of Lamanites came upon them and began to slay them, and to take off their flocks, and the corn of their fields.

  5  And when they had wandered forty days they came to a hill, which is north of the land of bShilom, and there they pitched their tents.

  12  And it came to pass that he built a tower near the temple; yea, a very high tower, even so high that he could stand upon the top thereof and overlook the land of bShilom, and also the land of Shemlon, which was possessed by the Lamanites; and he could even look over all the land round about.
