55  And if thou obtainest more than that which would be for thy support, thou shalt give it into my ^bstorehouse, that all things may be done according to that which I have said.

  13  And again, let the bishop appoint a storehouse unto this church; and let all things both in money and in meat, which are more than is needful for the wants of this people, be kept in the hands of the bishop.

  1  This day a general council of twenty-four high priests assembled at the house of Joseph Smith, Jun., by revelation, and proceeded to organize the ^ahigh council of the church of Christ, which was to consist of twelve high priests, and one or three presidents as the case might require.
