1  And again, my brethren, I would cite your minds forward to the time when the Lord God gave these commandments unto his children; and I would that ye should remember that the Lord God ^aordained priests, after his holy order, which was after the order of his Son, to teach these things unto the people.

  7  Now this same Priesthood, which was in the beginning, shall be in the end of the world also.

  9  And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee above measure, and make thy name great among all nations, and thou shalt be a blessing unto thy seed after thee, that in their hands they shall bear this ministry and ^cPriesthood unto all nations;

  1  Upon you my fellow servants, in the name of Messiah I confer the Priesthood of Aaron, which holds the keys of the ministering of angels, and of the gospel of repentance, and of baptism by immersion for the remission of sins; and this shall never be taken again from the earth, until the sons of Levi do offer again an offering unto the Lord in righteousness.

  3  Verily I say unto you, the keys of this kingdom shall ^bnever be taken from you, while thou art in the world, neither in the world to come;

  9  Therefore, hold on thy way, and the priesthood shall ^bremain with thee; for their bounds are set, they cannot pass. Thy days are known, and thy years shall not be numbered less; therefore, fear not what man can do, for God shall be with you forever and ever.

  130  David Patten I have taken unto myself; behold, his priesthood no man taketh from him; but, verily I say unto you, another may be appointed unto the same calling.

  3  Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither ^bbeginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually.
