25  And David built there an ^aaltar unto the Lord, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings. So the Lord was entreated for the land, and the plague was stayed from Israel.

  24  And there came a ^afire out from before the Lord, and consumed upon the altar the burnt offering and the fat: which when all the people saw, they shouted, and fell on their faces.

  1  Now when Solomon had made an end of praying, the ^bfire came down from heaven, and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the glory of the Lord filled the house.
