41  And with them Heman and Jeduthun, and the rest that were chosen, who were expressed by name, to give ^athanks to the Lord, because his mercy endureth for ever;

  13  It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and ^athanking the Lord; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of musick, and praised the Lord, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the Lord;

  37  Counsel with the Lord in all thy doings, and he will direct thee for good; yea, when thou liest down at night lie down unto the Lord, that he may watch over you in your sleep; and when thou risest in the morning let thy heart be full of thanks unto God; and if ye do these things, ye shall be lifted up at the last day.

  7  Thou shalt ^athank the Lord thy God in all things.

  34  O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is ^bgood; for his mercy endureth for ever.

  40  For I say unto you that whatsoever is ^agood cometh from God, and whatsoever is evil cometh from the devil.

  44  Wherefore, I am in your midst, and I am the ^agood shepherd, and the stone of Israel. He that buildeth upon this rock shall never fall.

  16  Nevertheless, I did look unto my God, and I did ^apraise him all the day long; and I did not murmur against the Lord because of mine afflictions.

  49  Behold, my soul abhorreth sin, and my heart delighteth in righteousness; and I will ^bpraise the holy name of my God.

  28  And I know that he will raise me up at the last day, to dwell with him in glory; yea, and I will ^cpraise him forever, for he has brought our fathers out of Egypt, and he has swallowed up the Egyptians in the Red Sea; and he led them by his power into the promised land; yea, and he has delivered them out of bondage and captivity from time to time.
