21  Therefore, behold, I will this once cause them to know, I will cause them to know mine hand and my might; and they shall know that my ^bname is The Lord.

  1  Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy ^dcountry, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:

  2  Look unto Abraham your father, and unto Sarah that bare you: for I called him ^calone, and blessed him, and increased him.

  12  Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were ^dheard, and I am come for thy words.

  14  And again, the angel said: Behold, the Lord hath ^aheard the prayers of his people, and also the prayers of his servant, Alma, who is thy father; for he has prayed with much faith concerning thee that thou mightest be brought to the knowledge of the truth; therefore, for this purpose have I come to convince thee of the power and authority of God, that the prayers of his servants might be answered according to their faith.
