18  And it came to pass that Alma, having authority from God, ordained priests; even one priest to every fifty of their number did he ordain to preach unto them, and to ^cteach them concerning the things pertaining to the kingdom of God.

  13  And it came to pass that he did according as the Lord had commanded him. And they departed out of the land into the wilderness, as many as would hearken unto the voice of the Lord; and they were led by many preachings and prophesyings. And they were admonished continually by the word of God; and they were led by the power of his arm, through the wilderness until they came down into the land which is called the ^bland of Zarahemla.

  10  If ye ^akeep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.

  12  If you ^akeep not my commandments, the love of the Father shall not continue with you, therefore you shall walk in darkness.

  1  Therefore thou shalt ^alove the Lord thy God, and keep his charge, and his statutes, and his judgments, and his commandments, alway.

  14  And also trust no one to be your ^ateacher nor your minister, except he be a man of God, walking in his ways and keeping his commandments.

  4  And he appointed ^ateachers of the brethren of Amulon in every land which was possessed by his people; and thus the language of Nephi began to be taught among all the people of the Lamanites.

  32  Yea, come unto Christ, and be perfected in him, and deny yourselves of all ungodliness; and if ye shall deny yourselves of all ungodliness, and ^dlove God with all your might, mind and strength, then is his grace sufficient for you, that by his grace ye may be perfect in Christ; and if by the grace of God ye are perfect in Christ, ye can in nowise deny the power of God.

  19  And gave unto them commandments that they should ^alove and serve him, the only living and true God, and that he should be the only being whom they should worship.

  5  Wherefore, I give unto them a commandment, saying thus: Thou shalt ^alove the Lord thy God with all thy heart, with all thy might, mind, and strength; and in the name of Jesus Christ thou shalt serve him.
