39  It is the duty of the Twelve, in all large branches of the church, to ordain evangelical ministers, as they shall be designated unto them by revelation—

  32  And, behold, you are they who are ordained of me to ^aordain priests and teachers; to declare my gospel, according to the power of the Holy Ghost which is in you, and according to the callings and gifts of God unto men;

  39  And to ^aordain other elders, priests, teachers, and deacons;
