46  And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou ^bforsaken me?

  1  How long wilt thou forget me, O Lord? for ever? how long wilt thou ^bhide thy face from me?

  11  He made darkness his secret place; his pavilion round about him were dark waters and thick clouds of the skies.

  2  ^aHide not thy face from me in the day when I am in trouble; incline thine ear unto me: in the day when I call answer me speedily.

  15  Verily thou art a God that hidest thyself, O God of Israel, the Saviour.

  89  And if the president heed them not, then will the Lord arise and come forth out of his ^ahiding place, and in his fury vex the nation;
