7  Nevertheless, the Lord God showeth us our ^aweakness that we may know that it is by his grace, and his great condescensions unto the children of men, that we have power to do these things.

  11  And the Lord said unto him, Who hath made man's mouth? or who ^amaketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the Lord?

  27  But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the ^cweak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;

  28  And inasmuch as they were humble they might be made strong, and blessed from on high, and receive knowledge from time to time.

  8  Therefore shall ye keep all the commandments which I command you this day, that ye may be ^astrong, and go in and possess the land, whither ye go to possess it;

  10  Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruninghooks into spears: let the weak say, I am ^astrong.

  48  And said unto them, Whosoever shall receive this child in my name receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me receiveth him that sent me: for he that is least among you all, the same shall be ^cgreat.

  14  I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that ^bhumbleth himself shall be exalted.

  9  And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in ^cweakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

  34  Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made ^bstrong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens.

  1  And it shall come to pass, that if the Gentiles shall hearken unto the Lamb of God in that day that he shall manifest himself unto them in word, and also in power, in very deed, unto the ^ctaking away of their stumbling blocks—
