16  And I ^alooked, and, behold, ye had sinned against the Lord your God, and had made you a molten calf: ye had turned aside quickly out of the way which the Lord had commanded you.

  1  And the Lord said unto Moses, Hew thee two tables of stone like unto the first: and I will write upon these tables the words that were in the first tables, which thou ^ebrakest.

  23  Now this ^aMoses plainly taught to the children of Israel in the wilderness, and sought diligently to sanctify his people that they might behold the face of God;
