38  And now I say unto you, Refrain from these men, and let them alone: for if this counsel or this work be of ^bmen, it will come to nought:

  22  For the eternal ^apurposes of the Lord shall roll on, until all his promises shall be fulfilled.

  38  And now, verily I say unto you, that an account of those things that you have written, which have gone out of your hands, is engraven upon the plates of Nephi;
