51  Now, I say unto you, my friends, let my servant Sidney Rigdon go on his journey, and make haste, and also proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the gospel of salvation, as I shall give him utterance; and by your prayer of faith with one consent I will uphold him.

  103  And again, verily I say unto you, if my servant Sidney will serve me and be ^acounselor unto my servant Joseph, let him arise and come up and stand in the office of his calling, and humble himself before me.

  126  I give unto him for ^acounselors my servant Sidney Rigdon and my servant William Law, that these may constitute a quorum and First Presidency, to receive the oracles for the whole church.
