21  And he changeth the times and the ^bseasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding:

  11  And unto you it shall be given to know the signs of the ^atimes, and the signs of the coming of the Son of Man;

  12  And also that God hath set his hand and seal to change the ^atimes and seasons, and to blind their minds, that they may not understand his marvelous workings; that he may prove them also and take them in their own craftiness;
