4  Surely he hath ^aborne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

  9  For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became ^cpoor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.

  9  But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the ^bangels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.
