23  And I will sow her unto me in the earth; and I will have mercy upon her that had not obtained mercy; and I will say to them which were not my ^cpeople, Thou art my people; and they shall say, Thou art my God.

  9  And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my ^dpeople: and they shall say, The Lord is my God.
