13  And he also ^arebelled against king Nebuchadnezzar, who had made him swear by God: but he stiffened his neck, and hardened his heart from turning unto the Lord God of Israel.

  3  For through the anger of the Lord it came to pass in Jerusalem and Judah, till he had cast them out from his presence, that ^aZedekiah rebelled against the king of Babylon.

  15  But he ^arebelled against him in sending his ambassadors into Egypt, that they might give him horses and much people. Shall he prosper? shall he escape that doeth such things? or shall he break the covenant, and be delivered?

  11  But the nations that bring their neck under the ^ayoke of the king of Babylon, and serve him, those will I let remain still in their own land, saith the Lord; and they shall till it, and dwell therein.

  2  For then the king of Babylon's army ^abesieged Jerusalem: and Jeremiah the prophet was shut up in the court of the prison, which was in the king of Judah's house.
