Deuteronomy 28:30  
 30 Thou shalt betroth a wife, and another man shall lie with her: thou shalt build an house, and thou shalt not adwell therein: thou shalt bplant a vineyard, and shalt not gather the grapes thereof.

  13  Therefore their goods shall become a booty, and their houses a desolation: they shall also build houses, but not inhabit them; and they shall bplant vineyards, but not drink the wine thereof.
