4  And when he shall stand up, his kingdom shall be broken, and shall be divided toward the four ^cwinds of heaven; and not to his posterity, nor according to his dominion which he ruled: for his kingdom shall be plucked up, even for others beside those.

  1  And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four ^bwinds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.
